This project was to develop a comprehensive workspace for the Fraud and Risk teams.  A single application to complete different workstreams; transaction monitoring, fraud pattern recognition, batch refunding, fraud audits on subscription users, chargeback representation, etc.

My role on this project was as Product Designer. I gathered all user and business requirements, assessed the technical feasibility with dev teams and 3rd party resources, defined the product strategy, developed the MVP requirements, and completed all wireframing, prototypes and visual design.
